Loan cars are available by prior booking and are subject to availability.

Loan car fees are separate from and additional to any vehicle storage fees.

Our loan vehicles are provided exclusively for our customers

and are not available for third-party rental use.

VEHICLE COLLECTION & STORAGE NOTICE

Due to operational and parking capacity limitations, vehicles must be collected

within 48 hours of notification that:

• repairs or inspections are completed; or

• no further work has been authorised.

Failure to collect a vehicle within this timeframe will result in

storage charges of $35.00 per day (incl. GST) in accordance with our storage policy.

All fees accrue daily, including weekends and public holidays.

All outstanding amounts must be paid in full prior to vehicle release, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By leaving a vehicle on our premises, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
